Competition Training Program
Our competition classes are held on Fridays and are invite only, designed for students who are serious about pushing their limits and testing themselves at a higher level. These sessions are reserved for athletes who show consistency, commitment, and a strong work ethic on the mats.
If you are interested in joining the competition classes, please speak directly with Coach Jon or Coach Erick. Both coaches work closely with the team to evaluate readiness, set expectations, and guide athletes into the program at the right time.
The competition classes focus on preparing students for real tournament environments, building confidence, discipline, and mental toughness. Our team has consistently placed in many tournaments, and these sessions reflect the standard and culture required to compete at that level. The goal is not only to perform well on competition day, but to develop athletes who train with purpose, accountability, and long-term growth in mind.
